Meet the Team!

30 plus years ago with our mutual love for horses,  Tony and I pursued our dream to own our own ranch. The saying goes "if your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough". Well, we were both nervous, but wanted it too bad not to try! Together we raised two fine young men that are talented Cowboys, hundreds of horses that have gone on to be great mounts for wonderful people in various disciplines, taught many people how to enjoy their equine partners and shown our own ranch raised horses to earn Local, Regional and National titles in the Cow Horse Industry.

Our family owned business is run on a 40 acre ranch, we are surrounded by Conservation Land, so there are thousands of miles of trails to ride with year long running water in the creek!

Tony Mendoza (Sr)

Tony Mendoza Sr has earned multiple championships in Cow Horse, Reining, and Sorting Competitions.  He has been training since 1982, while his favorite is the Cow Horse, he has worked with the Wild Mustangs, Mules, Problem Horses, and has put a great foundation on horses from many disciplines such as Dressage, Hunter-Jumper, Roping, Ranch Riding, Trail  and of course Cow Horse and he works with all levels of riders encouraging them to improve on skills to help them better themselves as a rider.

Cindy Mendoza

Cindy Mendoza, with her organized drive works in the background to reach the family goals. She organizes the ranch activities and schedules lessons. In years past she showed as a Non Pro and now enjoys trail riding and giving lessons.

Adrian Mendoza

Adrian Mendoza raised right along with the horses, has followed in his dad's footsteps and began training horses in 2010. His love is roping, and he is an earner of multiple titles in many of the So Cal Roping events.  He puts a good start on a horse, and with his patience and encouragement, helps beginner riders learn confidence and safety either on their horse or ranch horses.  He offers basic horsemanship, roping lessons on the dummy and then onto live cows.

Tony Mendoza (Jr)

Tony Mendoza Jr showed as a Youth in Cow Horse events winning local, regional and national titles in Youth Bridle.  After that success, he picked up a rope and is quickly making a name for himself as a header, winning buckles and saddles. He is a certified welder, but his true love is shoeing. He is now shoeing full time.
